College for Human Rights
Residents of Bonaire can file discrimination complaints with the College for Human Rights. The College assesses whether discrimination occurred and offers mediation. File a complaint at mensenrechten.nl. WhatsApp: +31 6 251 82 759.

NCDR: National Coordinator against Discrimination
The NCDR oversees anti-discrimination efforts across the Netherlands, including Bonaire, and contributed to the introduction of the Discrimination Protection Act on Bonaire.

National LGBTQ+ organization, active since 1946. Switchboard is the free, anonymous helpline: available weekdays 11:00–20:00 and Saturdays 12:00–16:00, also by email and chat at switchboard.nl. Note: these are Dutch times. Bonaire is 5–6 hours behind the Netherlands. Relevant for Bonaireans living or studying in the Netherlands, or anyone wanting online contact.
