Email is not suitable for acute situations. Call 911 or ambulance 912 in case of immediate danger.
Send a message to EQ Bonaire via their Facebook page or email. You don't have to give your name. You can just say: I'm not doing well. If you're a young person up to age 21, you can also call Guana Chat at 918, every day from 14:00 to 18:00, free and anonymous.

If you have been asked to leave home or do not feel safe at home after a coming-out: call 911 immediately. There is no dedicated LGBTQ+ crisis shelter on Bonaire. MHC (+599 717 0125) has a crisis line and can also refer you to shelter or support on the island. Under 21? Guana Chat (918) is available every day from 2pm to 6pm, free and anonymous.
Useful to arrange in advance:

- ○Pack one bag in advance with essentials: ID card, medication, charger
- ○Agree on one safe address you can go to: a friend, family member or someone you trust
